Private posts are not public links
A public-channel post can often be found through a public URL. A private post is available only to members with access, so a tool that depends on public-link polling may not be able to see that a new post exists.
Detection depends on access
An automation workflow for private content needs an authorized connection and a reliable way to receive or check for new-post events. Before connecting any service, review the access it requests, who can use it, and how to revoke it.
Questions to ask a provider
Ask how the service detects private posts, what permissions are required, how reactions are paced, what happens when Telegram changes its APIs, and how account access can be removed. Be cautious of guaranteed outcomes or claims that have not been independently verified.
Keep community expectations clear
Automation should be used consistently with Telegram's rules and your community's expectations. Set controls that fit your audience and keep a human in the loop for moderation and important conversations.
