Terms of Service

By accessing the Tfa3ol website, submitting a consultation request, creating an account, or subscribing to any Tfa3ol plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a trading network, agency, or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and manage the connected Telegram channels.

Tfa3ol provides automated Telegram channel engagement services on a recurring monthly subscription basis, including:

• Auto Views: Guaranteed monthly view quotas distributed automatically across new channel posts.
• Auto Reactions: Automated emoji reaction delivery calibrated to your channel's preferences.
• AI Comments: Context-aware or owner-approved comments in Arabic, Khaleeji dialect, or English posted under channel updates.
• AI Messages: Automated discussion activity within linked Telegram community groups.
• Managed Subscription Plans: Multi-channel quota management and dedicated account support.

To manage subscriptions through the Tfa3ol Client Portal, you must provide accurate contact and channel information and keep your login credentials secure.

You warrant that you are the rightful owner or authorized administrator of any Telegram channel or discussion group connected to Tfa3ol. Channels must not promote unlawful activities, non-consensual content, malware, or fraudulent phishing schemes.

Tfa3ol plans are billed on a monthly cycle based on the guaranteed monthly quota of views, reactions, and AI engagement selected for your channel(s).

• Unlimited Posts Within Quota: Your subscription does not restrict the number of daily posts you publish; engagement is distributed across your posts up to your agreed monthly quota.
• Flexible Modifications: You may upgrade your tier, add channels, or cancel renewal prior to the start of your next monthly billing cycle.
• Quota Rollover: Unless otherwise specified in a custom enterprise or network agreement, unused monthly quotas do not roll over to subsequent billing months.
• Service Activation & Refunds: Once a monthly subscription cycle is activated and automated delivery pipelines are provisioned for your channel, fees for the active cycle are non-refundable except where Tfa3ol fails to deliver the agreed quota due to a platform fault.

When using AI Comments or AI Messages, you may configure prompt guidelines, dialect preferences, keyword filters, or supply pre-approved scripts.

AI-generated comments and discussion messages are designed solely for community engagement and social proof. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Channel owners remain solely responsible for the trading signals, market analyses, and disclaimers published on their channels.

You agree not to misuse the Tfa3ol platform or interfere with our infrastructure. Specifically, you must not:

• Submit false channel links or connect channels belonging to third parties without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication controls, or security mechanisms on our website or Frappe API endpoints.
• Use AI Comments or AI Messages to generate defamatory, illegal, or abusive content.
• Resell Tfa3ol services without an authorized Agency or Network Plan agreement.

Tfa3ol is an independent automation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram FZ-LLC.

While we operate dedicated synchronization and delivery pipelines to ensure high availability and natural pacing, delivery speeds may occasionally be affected by upstream Telegram network updates or rate limits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tfa3ol's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the active monthly subscription cycle.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect new platform capabilities, roadmap features, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
